Mission and Vision Statement
The Platform Magazine Foundation is a Maryland-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering voices, educating communities, and transforming awareness into measurable impact. Rooted in the belief that real change begins with informed storytelling and community engagement, our mission is to support veterans, military families, students, and underserved populations through programs that advance STEMM education, public health awareness, advocacy, and service-based leadership.
We operate at the unique intersection of science, service, and storytelling. What began as The Platform Magazine LLC, a publication amplifying real-life stories of resilience, innovation, and community leadership, has evolved into a full-scale foundation dedicated to turning inspiration into action. Through events, publications, outreach initiatives, and partnerships, we mobilize individuals and organizations to stand for compassion, education, and social responsibility.

We believe access to science and innovation should never be limited by background. Our Foundation delivers STEMM-focused educational programs to military children, Title I schools, and community youth organizations through workshops, publications, and hands-on learning events.
